This Morning has produced some of the biggest stars in daytime television, and skyrocketed unknown faces to fame.
In the wake of ‘s departure from the breakfast show, bosses are looking for a new host to take over the prime time position, with their very own being considered for the job.
Alison joined the cast in 2002 as a showbiz reporter, and has since worked her way up the ranks to join the impressive list of past and present hosts.
But who is This Morning’s richest presenter?Read on to find out who tops the list.

Holly Willoughby
Holly Willoughby’s net worth is reported to be £10 million, the TV presenter received a huge pay rise in 2017 after reports she was earning less than her co-host
The day time TV legend takes top spot on the This Morning rich list and is reported to be worth £10 million.
Holly also hosts ITV’s Dancing on Ice and was first choice to fill in for Ant McPartlin on I’m a Celebrity in 2018.
She received a £200,000 salary increase on This Morning in 2017 to match Phillip Schofield’s £600,000, after it was reported she earned a third less than her co-host.
The Sun reported she now earns £730,000 a year for This Morning and the ice skating competition.
She has also been the face of some high-profile brands and is reported to have raked in more than £750,000 each from Garnier ads and her Marks and Spencer fashion range.
In 2021, Holly launched the lifestyle brand Wylde Moon, selling £450 necklaces and £65 candles.
She also launched her own production company named Roxy Media in 2020, leaving her former representation YMU Entertainment after 13 years.
In 2022, the Mail Online reported Holly had raked in £4.5 million through her media company in the last three years.
She runs Roxy Media with her television producer husband Dan Baldwin and owns 80 per cent of the firm.
Holly charges £25,000 for speaking engagements, plus has lucrative deals for ads on social media.
Her net worth is reported to be £10 million.
Phillip Schofield
Phillip Schofield left his role at This Morning in May 2023 and has reportedly confirmed a position on a new ‘primetime TV show’ at ITV
Although leaving his position in May 2023, Phillip Schofield was a high earner on This Morning, and matched Holly Willoughby’s reported salary.
Phillip Schofield is often estimated to be worth between £8.6 and £9.6 million. On top of his ITV salary, The Sun reported that he earned around £1.45 million for his 2020 book deal.
Throughout his TV career he has hosted many of the networks most popular shows including The Cube and All Star Mr & Mrs, not to mention his repeat gig as co-host of Dancing on Ice.
Since losing his regular this morning spot brand deals have fallen through for Schofield, namely his self-named brand which was pulled from the When In Rome Wine Website after he admitted his relationship with the young runner on This Morning set.
Schofield was also from his £1 million partnership with We Buy Any Car following the queue-jump scandal in 2022.
Although being dropped from his talent company, ITV have confirmed they are working with Schofield on a new prime time series.
Alison Hammond

Last year, it was reported the bubbly TV presenter takes home a salary of £600k for her ITV role, but Alison could be in for an eye watering pay rise as ITV bosses are keen for her to replace Phillip.
According to the, the big money deal could earn her up to £500,000 a year, and the apparent new offer comes after it was reported that Holly Willoughby is being eyed up by the BBC.
A source told the Mirror: ‘ITV bosses want to cut a new deal with Alison. They are seriously worried about Holly talking to the BBC and fear she could be next.
‘She is incredibly popular and is perceived as very honest – which is worth a lot following Phillip’s admission that he lied to everyone.’
Her net worth is already estimated between £1-4 million, due to her TV stints such as I’m A Celebrity in 2010 and Strictly Come Dancing in 2014.
Alison has recently put her £700,000 west Midlands house up for sale.
She has also fronted brands such as In The Style, Crown Bingo and DFS Furnishings, adding more cash to the bank.
Channel 4 have also confirmed Alison as the new host of the Great British Bake Off.
Dermot O’Leary
Dermot O’Leary made a name for himself presenting The X Factor, the host joined this morning in 2020 to present alongside Alison Hammond on Fridays
Dermot O’Leary is a newer face to This Morning and took over Ruth and Eamonn’s Friday slot mpo in 2020, along with co-star Alison Hammond.
He’s best known for presenting The X Factor, which he left in 2014 after eight years.He returned two years later with an £8m paycheck- one of the biggest ever TV deals at the time.
His self-titled skin care collaboration with M&S also earned him a six-figure sum.
Aside from that, Dermot has been a regular presenter on Radio 2 since 2004 and has hosted Channel 4 shows including the Big Brother spin-off.He has hosted Comic Relief, the BAFTA awards and was the host of the National Television awards from 2010 to 2019.
He has also ventured into the world of children’s fiction and has published a series of books named Toto The Ninja Cat, which are available to purchase on Amazon for £4.99.
His This Morning salary is not confirmed, but is likely to be in line with Alison’s, The Sun reported his net worth to be around £10 million.
Ruth Langsford
Ruth Langsford has a thriving theatre business which was set up in 2013, it’s now estimated to be worth £3.3 million
Since making her debut in 1997, Ruth Langsford has become one of the most popular TV presenters.
Though no longer working on This Morning, Ruth was revealed as a multimillionaire earlier this year.
According to The Sun, the Loose Women star made £1 million in profits from her business Hey Ho which was set up in 2013 – the theatre business is now reported to be worth £3.3 million.
Ruth earned her money through TV roles on This Morning and Loose Women, along with her performing company she owns a clothes line called Ruth Langsford Fashion Range with QVC.
Eamonn Holmes
Eamonn Holmes has over 30 years experience as a broadcaster and has amassed an estimated £4.1 million over the years
Eamonn and his wife Ruth had presented This Morning for over a decade before leaving in 2021.
The pair now live in a six-bedroom mansion in Weybridge, Surrey which is thought to be worth around £3.25 million.
The established TV presenter is reported to have amassed a decent sum over the years, with The Sun estimating a net worth of £4.1 million.
The broadcaster was also a co-host of GMTV from 1993 to 2005, and left Sky News Sunrise in 2016.
He joined GB News in 2021 where he presents its breakfast show with Isabel Webster.
